Customers can cancel their order before the product has been shipped. Return:
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products and want to return them, please inform us within 24 hours of product delivery. Return requests will not be valid post 24 hours of product delivery. You can initiate the return process by messaging on WhatsApp us at +91 9925559663 After the return request is accepted, our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original delivery address. However, at the time of pickup, if the hand-over of the package is denied/ intentionally delayed by you, the return request will not be entertained. After the product is received in an undamaged, unused condition along with the original box and tags intact, the respective amount will be given as store credit.
No replacements Wil be given products are returned in used or damaged condition.
Return is not applicable to Bridal Sets and customized products.
If customer has any issues regarding the package pickup, the same can be shipped by the customer from her/his end only after receiving a confirmation e-mail from us. The return shipping address will be provided on e-mail or on WhatsApp.
We will provide store credit of the whole amount if the parcel is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
We responsible for replacements, if the product gets damaged in transit anywhere in India. The product will be replaced with the other same fresh piece
